During the Coronavirus Pandemic, we must follow government-mandated guidelines for safety and social distancing.

We are determined to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for those at our company who pack and ship your orders.  To protect our associate's health—as well as our client's—until further notice, our shipping times have increased, and orders may take between 7—14 business days to arrive.

Kindly read "How It Works" below and follow instructions.  Please return the product within 7 business days of receiving your Merchandise Return Label.  If a gift with a purchase was included with the order, please send back the gift with the purchase item along with the returned item.  We will not refund an order unless all items including gifts are returned as well.  When the product is returned to our facility, it may take 48-72 hours to process your refund.  After your return is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Only items purchased on luxubrandsusa.com may be returned or exchanged.  Currently, LUXU products are sold exclusively at luxubrandsusa.com.  LUXU Brands International, Inc., does not have any other authorized resellers or distributors in the United States or abroad.  Products "not" purchased through luxubrandsusa.com may not be returned to us for exchange or refund.

Is it easy to return items?​

Yes, and it’s FREE! Please contact our customer service through customerservice@luxubrandsusa.com or call us toll-free at

833-LUXU4ME or (833-589-8463). Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
 

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 30 days are returnable.  Free gifts and gift cards are not returnable.  Because our products are only sold through our company, we can easily verify their purchase through our system.  Any products that have not been sold through us directly, are considered fraudulent and will not be honored.
 

How soon will I get my refund?

Our seamless self-return process will take between 7-14 days from start to finish. Returns take roughly 5 business days for travel to return location, and 3-4 business days processing time.  Once processed, your return will be initiated and we’ll notify you via email!

What is an instant refund voucher?

Once your return is initiated, we will issue a temporary voucher equal to the value of your return.  This gives you the option to place a new order right away while your return is on its way back to us!
 

What if I don't use my instant refund voucher?

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will transfer the balance of your instant voucher to the original payment method.  If you did not use any of the vouchers, you will receive a full refund equal to the amount of the return.
