Purchases: Qualified purchases earn steps for every dollar spent and according to your membership tier.
Expires in 12 months from the date originally earned. Must spend within the (12 months).

Once any newly referred member completes the purchase you can again refer a new member.

Checking your steps:

Go to your member account and see how many steps you have accumulated.

How long does it take to get your steps?

Pending on how busy our system is, it can take from a few minutes up to 24 hours to apply your earned steps into your account. If you have any problems please email us at: customerservice@luxubrandsusa.com including your membership number.

Returned or Cancelled Orders:

Any reward step associated with either a returned or canceled order will be deducted from your account.

Canceling my membership:

We will be sad to see you go! Please email us at customerservice@luxubrandsusa.com and we will deactivate your account.

Review: Leave a product review for 75 steps.

Social Media: Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for 15 steps.

Levels: Your loyalty will be rewarded as you accumulate steps equivalent to dollars within one calendar year.

How do you redeem your steps?

Go to LUXU INNER CIRCLE and log in. Then you can choose to redeem your steps for vouchers (in denominations of $5, $10, or $15) valid towards a future purchase. Please review the restrictions.

Redeem:

100 steps $5 Voucher

200 steps $10 Voucher

300 steps $15 voucher

Do LUXU INNER CIRCLE. Do steps expire?

Yes. All vouchers are eligible for redemption up to one year from the date of issue. Make sure you spend them within the year (12-month validity) after the 12 months the remaining balance will expire.

Will Levels expire?

Your level position is determined by your activity from the preceding year. Every January we recalculate your steps and reposition your place in the correct level.

If you leave our reward program, your earned steps will be lost. If you decide to re-enroll in the LUXU INNER CIRCLE rewards program your steps will start from zero.
