CBD PRODUCTS AND THE SKIN.

Updated: Nov 5, 2020

We want to be educational and transparent on the purpose our products have on the skin.

This article is meant to provide as much information as possible as to why CBD has proven to be beneficial in certain skin conditions and other uses.

Let's start by talking about our LUXU Natural Therapeutic CBD. Each product has been developed with an intended purpose in mind. They contain not just the purest and strongest Cannabinoid Oil but an elevated natural, organic, and vegan ingredient combination and strength to ensure a positive outcome.

Our products are not medicated and are 100% THC Free. They are not sold as medication and they are not meant to replace any professional prescribed product. Our formulas are topicals that offer solutions to common but unpleasant skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, redness, psoriasis, acne, and dehydration, as well as anti-aging protection for an overall healthier complexion, while others deliver supreme hydration and relief to muscle pain and inflammation discomfort.

All our proprietary formulas contain Full Spectrum, Liposomal CBD Oil, and Terpenes Blend Entourage.

What this all means:

Full Spectrum CBD oils contain the entire range of compounds found in the hemp plant. Full-spectrum oils undergo much less processing than CBD isolates, requiring less hemp to produce the same amount of oil, making it stronger and highly effective.

Liposomal means the oil has been extracted without the use of chemical/toxic solvents. This process allows for the plants to be soaked in a lipid base liquid such as coconut oil.

- Terpenes are plant oils that give the CBD extract its natural aroma. It can also be blended with other natural aromas to produce a desired scent.

Entourage Plant molecules that occur together in nature and interact in a helpful way to provide a fuller effect of the extracted compound.

While there are all sorts of information about CBD, we focus our efforts on the positive aspects of what CBD can offer. One important factor is the amount of CBD contained in a formula in relation to the content per container. The product’s total amount of CBD, mostly display on the front of the label, inside the ingredient list, or somewhere in the outer box, can range from 20 mg to well over 1,000 mg. The numbers are simple: more CBD equals more benefits, that's true but there are many other factors to consider. For example, 50 mg of CBD in a tiny jar of eye cream will pack a far more powerful punch than the same amount of CBD in a giant jar of body lotion. There’s also the matter of what type of CBD oil a product contains.

CBD Oil Quality Matters - Your odds of success are best if a product contains full-spectrum CBD oil. Full-spectrum oils also contain essential vitamins, amino acids, terpenes, and many other useful compounds.

To conclude, CBD Oil in combination with other natural ingredients provide an array of skincare solutions, without any potential side effect. Knowledge and information about a CBD product in regards to its oil content, other ingredients, and product production are key to the success of your expected results.
